An active and empowering meeting date! STUDIO K BOOST! meeting package offers an alternative to a static sitting session. If you like, you can try active sitting on Technogym Active Sitting Ball. It allows you to change your passive time for active sitting and exercising. The Active Sitting Ball helps to strengthen muscles, develop balance, and improve body movement, coordination and posture. The ball handle is equipped with an QR code, which allows you to find various exercises that are designed in cooperation with doctors and spinal surgeons. Watch the video.

In the meeting room you will find as well gym sticks with instructions to blow the cobwebs away!
