Klaus K has new meeting rooms: Stage 1&3 are for up to 6 people meetings and Stage 2 (in the photo above) for 18-20 people.

We have the right facilities for 6-person shareholders’ meetings as well as 350-person receptions. You can choose between seven meeting rooms of different types and sizes. In addition, Ilmatar is available for private functions. Our catering service will bake, cook, fry and conjure up delicious treats using local food. We will always present an offer tailored to your desires and needs. Take a look at our meeting rooms and contact our sales office.

Good Morning –buffet package               

41€/ person

       The package includes:

• Room rental for 4 hours
• Basic meeting technique & wireless internet
• Breakfast buffet selected from Klaus K Best of Finland© - products
• Coffee from freshly ground coffee beans and brewed tea
• Fresh water and Finnish berry drink 

Meeting day’s Power - package

69€/person including 2-course lunch

OR

75€/person including 3-course lunch

       The package includes:

• Room rental for 8 hours
• Basic meeting technique & wireless internet
• Morning coffee from freshly ground coffee beans, selection of brewed tea,  savory pastry and Yoghurt & Berry smoothie
• Delicious lunch menu*** – designed by our chefs – including house coffee or tea in restaurant Ilmatar
• Afternoon coffee from freshly ground coffee beans, selection of brewed tea, sweet pastry and Fresh sliced fruit
• Fresh water 

Minimum numbers of participants according the meeting space.
