Getting around in Helsinki…

is very easy, with a single ticket (can be bought from driver) you can hop aboard trams, busses, the metro and even the ferry to Suomenlinna. Check the Helsinki Transport Timetables and routes.

Helsinki Railway station

From the train station in the city centre of Helsinki you can take a trip to different cities in Finland, trip to Russia or even a trip to Lapland. See routes and timetables of  VR

Helsinki card

The Helsinki Card is the easiest way to explore the city. Provided with the complete guidebook and excellent maps, free travel on public transport, free sightseeing tour and free entrance to all major sights and museums you will be well equipped to get the most out of your stay in the city.

Helsinki airport bus

There is very good connection between Helsinki-Vantaa airport and Helsinki city centre. The airport bus runs every 8-50 minutes and total travel time between the Helsinki city and airport is about 30-40 minutes. Ticket can be bought from a ticket machine or driver.
